Kids Club
Every child deserves to know that they are valuable and that their life matters. Never before in history has there been such an onslaught against children with the exploitation against their identity. Society has a plan to destroy children’s identities and their value.
We started Compassion To Action’s Kids Club because of fatherlessness and because we are in a society that is trying to brainwash children in their identity and their value. A recent U.S. Census report shows 7 million of the nation’s 38 million children ages 5 to 14 are left home alone regularly. The National Violent Death Reporting System (NVDRS) reveals that suicide is the 8th leading cause of death among children aged 5 to 11 years. Childhood suicide risk factors include mental health, prior suicidal behavior, trauma, and peer, school, or family-related problems.
Because of heroes like you, our team is able to build relationships with the children at Kids Club at an apartment complex in Vancouver, WA and teach the foundations of the bible to them on a weekly basis. We are seeing hope come alive in their hearts and they are starting to dream about what is possible with God. Generous donors like you have helped us purchase our new mini gospel truck which we are able to take into neighborhoods and parks to reach kids and families with the gospel. Our mini gospel truck was the catalyst to reach kids and their families and start Kids Club in the very same location.
Naomi’s Dream
Check out Naomi's dream from Kids Club who is just 8 years old and is designing her own t-shirt, a dream come true.
During our first week of Kids Club, we asked what some of their dreams were. A dream that Naomi had that she wanted to see take place in her life was to design clothing apparel. Naomi has designed a t-shirt that is in the process of production and will be available for sale on our online store to help fund Kids Club and reach other children and families with the Good News of Jesus.
